- Prepare the nail plate. Push back the cuticle, shape and buff the nail, remove dust and grease. Apply primer and base according to your system.
- Choose the size. Pick a form that matches the width of the natural nail from side to side.
- Fill the form. Place a small amount of extension material inside the form and distribute it evenly.
- Press onto the nail. Apply the form at an angle starting from the cuticle area, then press it down along the nail. Use the markings to keep it straight and remove any excess material at the sides.
- Cure. Cure in the lamp according to the instructions of the material used.
- Remove and finish. Gently remove the form, correct the shape with minimal filing if needed and finish with top gel.
- Clean for reuse. Wipe the form with a cleanser and store it for the next use.
